Gregg The Waiter
Hornbeak has been in the restaurant business for over 25 years, working in all facets of the industry. Over the years he has been involved in many different styles of dining, from a cajun seafood restaurant to texmex cantinas and Italian bistros.
These days Gregg has settled into the more refined and mature avenue of fine-dining, international cusine.

"I have always felt completely at home in a restaurant, from my first job at the The Dairy Queen to the fanciest, white table cloth fine-dining restaurants," says Alpha Waiter, Gregg Hornbeak.
Gregg acquired the nickname Alpha Waiter from the Shreveport Times because of his extensive wine and food knowledge, not to mention his award winning personality and table-side manner.
